So who would have thought keeping a blog was so much work!!? Sorry for the two posts today but Samabama and Shimmy haven't worked this hard since the twelve step program they were forced to do last winter. From here on out a blog WILL be posted every night (or everyone of you can freely punch us in the face, well Shimmy at least).
Heute fuhren wir in den Grand Teton NP. Wir wussten nicht so ganeu, was man hier so alles machen kann und so fuhren wir einfach mal drauflos. Bei einer Einbahnstrasse bogen wir ab und fanden sogleich den schönen Jenny Lake. Zu Beginn waren die Berge auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite noch vollständig in Wolken gehüllt, trotzdem …
... along Jenny Lake. At the south end of the lake we hopped on a shuttle boat to the other side of the lake to hike to Hidden Falls. On our trip in 1989, we hiked the 5 mile round trip. This time we hiked less than a mile round trip. Twenty-five years has taken its toll.
We decided we needed some time to catch up on things, so we found a campground a short distance away in Jackson.

... we drove down Moose Wilson Road, but never saw any moose, or anything else. We did see a moose later on the side of the road though - just not on this road. We stopped at Jackson Hole Resort and walked around. There were mountain bikes coming down a trail and then they were riding the ski lift back up with their bikes.
