    ... to the car. Felt slightly drained after a full day of sun but was totally worth it seeing Newport it's beautiful. Chilled for a bit when I got in then paul & Ray made a lovely home cooked meal of pork with potato salad & broccoli! Was so good to have some home cooked food and especially I missed my broccoli so was amazing to eat some veg!! Then a chilled evening resting my full belly was in order ready for another packed Rhode Island day ...

    ... right at home as I'm here for a week, which is going to feel strange as the longest I've been somewhere so far is 3 days! Was having a missing home moment as its been 3 weeks away now which is the longest I've been away from mum & dad but I opened another note from Ella that has some lovely messages about what and why I'm doing what I am! So got myself together and now I'm Excited to see what Rhode Island has to offer ...
