The grey traffic signal boxes that usually blend in to a dull city street elsewhere, have been painted by different artists and there are sculptures everywhere. I ran out of things to do mid afternoon and found myself faffing about until the courtesy bus came back. this led me to think that the Torango zoo in sydney was better than australia zoo. controversial but true. the selection of animals in sydney was better, but the tipping point was most definitely the bird show in sydney. still, wow.
