Highlights included finding a pair of fresh water lakes in the Nickerson National Park which helped as we have discovered they are having a bit of a shark problem on the cape!

What a fantastic day. Set off early - some borderline misery from the junior members- to drive to Provincetown on the northern most tip of Cape Cod. A trendy arty rainbows type of place. Our main aim to go whale watching on the Dolphin Fleet.

... for $7 but to get out to the lighthouse, the furtherest point from where the ferry comes in, it would take numerous bus stops and multiple changes of bus. I decided to take the narrated bus trip out to the Gay Heads Cliffs and Lighthouse. Steve was not keen to do this so he stayed in the main town of Oak Bluffs.
