... I plugged $20 into the penny slots and played for 1 1/2 hrs before it was gone. Dave played some blackjack and made enough to cover dinner. We had the buffet there for dinner. Most of family elected to sleep in a bit, but Jason hit slopes early for some quick runs before a lesson. Caragh and kids explored resort facilities to give feet a rest from ski boots. Played table tennis, arcade games, squash, then met Jason for lunch. Hamish keen for snow play, ie. build snow man, toboggan, snow balls fight, you get the gist. Unfortunately, toboggan slope only for eight year olds and under. Hamish is shortish, but not that short, despite Caragh ...

... comparison between the two states. It is a beautiful area and we look forward to a few days here. We spent the afternoon walking along the pier and watching the sun set across the lake which is beautiful. We love it here and have a good feeling about this place, even though it is very cold. Denny's again for dinner, it is Tuesday, kids eat free and even though it is not a gourmet meal, at $30 for 6 of us to have dinner, drinks and desert, why would we ...
