... The big hit was the sliders. A plate of 12 sliders is actually the challenge from the Man vs Food show but Greg wisely chose a smaller version. The menu describes the meal the best:

One dozen of our Original Jewish Sliders filled with moist lean brisket, mini potato pancakes, and Jack cheese. Served with a side of brown gravy. The challenge also has onion rings with it but Greg's meal was 3 sliders (not 12) and he had a small potato salad.

January 8th-Up early even if we did not have to. Our ride will be here at noon. Showers, breakfast and the final packing. I slipped some frozen Italian sausages into my suitcase! Took our stuff to the street level and waited for our driver. Last day of vacation today, and since the previous day of fun was cut short due to rain, we decided to take advantage of the resorts rain check offer, and squeeze in a few more activities before heading down for our all day drive home.
