... which was very impressive set among the desert plants. We stayed until dusk and saw a stunning sunset. Today was another chill out day. We took some time out to explore the Hotel and spent more time sleeping in the water park. It's the last day of the Arizona leg of our trip and we are going out to Aunt Chiladas ( no joke) for dinner tonight. So I travelled for about 34 hours and feel like it too. Later we decided to drive to the Mesa Swap Meet (that means swap money for things we do not need) and spent several hours wandering around. All we bought was a magnifying glass and 2 wallets for Phil. He likes a special one and we did find one there last year, but when I looked in November there were none. Today they were at the first place ...

... and finally to Madrid, Spain. This delay basically threw off the entire schedule and so US Airways comped us a hotel room at the Residency Inn in Phoenix. Instead of landing in Madrid the morning of the 4th, we will get there the morning of the 5th.

On a comical side note, Louis encouraged Tony and me to book through US Airways because he had a $300 flight voucher from a previously delayed flight. We booked the flight and US Airways wouldn't even accept his voucher. ...
