... been a week since we were in Huntington Gardens and we felt the need to recharge our Botanic Gardens batteries. According to Trip Advisor, this is ranked the second most popular attraction in Phoenix and I was hoping that there might be a free entry offer on the second Wednesday of the month but it wasn't to be. However, it turned out that the admission fee was worth every cent. There's a exhibition of glass sculptures on at ...
... br> So i have a couple of pictures but I'm a little too tired to write out the whole day, basically we went out there, played board games and ate junk food and then came back to Phoenix, and while it doesn't sound tiring I think I'm still getting over my jetlag a bit. Flight was uneventful. Sat next to a guy in his 30's who worked at Microsoft and was on his way home to China to get married. He had gone to graduate school in Fargo! Crazy small world. As we were getting into Beijing about 5:00pm local time, our goal to avoid jet lag was to sleep as little as possible on the flight. Mostly worked.
