I was offered a $200 gift card to go later but opted not to work out if I could still get to parkrun that way. Two short flights only totalled 4 and a quarter hours, but with an hour and a half at Chicago to walk down 15 gates and a three hour time difference, I landed in Raleigh/Durham at 9.30, slightly bleary eyed but sufficiently with it to get the right buses and make it to Durham ...

... The best of the night was undoubtedly his anthem for young partiers, "Young, Wild & Free" with the infectious chorus, "So what we get drunk, So what we smoke weed. We're just having fun. We don't care who sees. So what we go out. That's how its supposed to be. Living young and wild and free" Amen brother! Then Hello Goodbye at the other end, another fine band, indie pop style, that sounded nothing at all like Wiz. Love the variety! Flaming Lips, ...
