Kalebs mum was telling me how the day after i got to Peoria there was a fire in Chicago airport which wrecked their computer system. It could take up to two weeks to fix. Im flying to Miami via Chicago, lets see how this pans out. Prepared for the worst i am told my flights delayed out of Peoria and it will also take 45 minutes instead of 30 due to having to go a new route, not to sure if this is because of the system problems at Chicago. ...

... I have never ridden in the rain. Due for a new rear tire I make my way down the highway, following the semi tracks that keep me out of the center of the lane, the danger zone, grease slick city. White knuckles, cold and wet I ride until the rain stops and roads are dry. One last roadside stop, I pull over to call for final directions to memorize as my phone is now dead. Home for the night is about one hour away, and the sun is setting. I pull in the ...

... t believe it either. Just decided to not dwell on that aspect and was grateful for celebrating another healthy year. And the kids were so excited to get to celebrate with me. They all made me home made cards and I got lots of hugs.

I did all the cooking for the Thanksgiving dinner, with a lot of help from Mia. Everything turned out so well. For the first time, I brined the turkey and it ...

... to get used to, that I want to get used to.
I am OK being alone. I can overcome those voices of "you don't know how to do that." And much more. I do know how to do "it".
I love fresh flowers in my home.
Bloomington has TWO grocery stores that sell organic foods. And there is a Costco in Peoria!! Too bad I have to drive to Joliet for Trader Joe's, but I will have to do that at least once.
    I love to paint Goddess.
    I am very blessed.
