      ... by the police in their 4-wheel drives, along with the equally distanced life guard patrols. A sun searing cooldown was needed, so we entered the sea and joined the breaking waves with some top bombing.       Slept in until 3pm!! What?!? Everyone was so tired from the flight.. Taxi to WB VIP tour in Burbank. Excellent.. Saw fake town sets - currently dressing the town for show called Hart of Dixie.       ... d often see people on muscle beach working out, or people roller blading with their dog or pushchair. A different world! Anyway back in Santa Monica after our action-packed day we spent the rest of our time chilling out. When we did have our beach day we also hired bikes and cycled around on the dedicated beach cycle paths, along to Venice Beach.       ... we finally made it to the end of the pier on the last afternoon, for our Mexican and last meal of the trip. A toast or two a great trip and it was time to head back to the room that we had kept to store luggage and shower and then it was off top the Airport.
