    ... a neighbourhood can change from bum town to the most expensive part of town in an instant. American drivers are insane, no one sticks to speed limits, uses indicators, or cars about making a right hand turn from the left hand lane. There's lots of construction going on everywhere,but it seems to be about patching efforts. Not a lot of new construction.
