Happy Easter! Plans for today: Shopping at 3rd street and photo shoot on the beach :) 3rd street shopping in Santa Monica is always fun and since it was Easter Sunday lots of people were out and street artists everywhere. Abercrombie had a 40% total store sale and Anthropologist is always a good store to find fun things in. Kids love the Brookstone shop so had to stop there. Lunch at the Steak 'n Shake was great :) Bought some yummy Peeps Easter chicken at All about Sugar - it ...

... run by a preacher that was an antique himself and we were greeted to the sound of Billy Graham like talk back on the radio. Denise was committed to the cup of tea so we took a look around the shop while the tea was delivered in the finest styrofoam cup you have ever seem. Nick nearly got us all dosed in holy water, while looking at an old coin exclaimed "Jesus Christ that's old" but I saved him with a quick "Amen to that" and we shot out the door before the sherif was ...

I was back at the hotel by 4:30pm and had to hurry to rinse off the salt water and change before dinner. I always end my stay on Oahu with dinner at Chuck’s Steakhouse in my hotel, since it has great views, you can enjoy the entertainment at Duke’s below, and it is never busy so no advance planning is needed. I got a great table with a nice view of Diamond Head. I got a Macadamia Nut Colada, Teriyaki Steak with fries and mud pie for dessert. Your meal ...
