Very fun day! The Spurgeon children arrived ready to give Ailish lots of lovin' (Aunt Giselle & Uncle Jeff too). It was precious to see how attentive they were to their new cousin. Ailish responded with tons of smiles. For lunch we went to Austin Park & Pizza - a kid's dream, a pizza buffet all day long with all the pizza & drinks you want. They also loved the climbing wall, bumper boats and go-carts. Michael was tall enough to do all of it! Who cares it was 95 ...

... I used the day to get a feel for a few to see where I wanted to be for the race. Watched the F1 qualifying from 3 different vantage points, session 1 from the pit straight just before turn 1, session 2 from turns 2 & 3, then headed over the bridges to turn 16. As soon as the session ended I headed straight for the autograph session line thinking I'd be there early, but no, the lines, one for each team were already substantial. I was on a mission ...
