Kirsty's sister Katie was joining us on our travels for a couple of weeks and meeting us here in Chicago. We had seen that her flight had been delayed too so decided that we would try and get to the airport to surprise her. We hustled to get to the gate for the flight to Amsterdam and got there just as they were boarding. Whew! That was a relief.
