We met up with Brian's folks today for a train ride through Royal Gorge. It was a spectacular view from the train. ... We drove 11 miles up the road to a little ghost town called St Elmo. St Elmo was a bustling mining town in the late 1800's now they boast a permanent year round population of 2. The Buena Vista Historical Society has done a nice job of maintaining the town and there is one building that serves as a gift shop and snack bar.
