... in the depths of fall with aspens all aglow in yellow.

Cruising into Fort Collins, we beelined it to the New Belgium Brewery where we got a free tour with a salty dog that kept calling us Oregon as if that was both of our first names. In the midst of the Tour, Powerstroke leaned over to Turbo Diesel and said, "see, anyone can start a brewery... I'm telling you..." Who knows, maybe we'll turn out some impressive IPAs, ...

It was an awesome ride with beautiful views. We parked the Jeep and walked a trail down to the river. ...

... it damaged the bridge and a tram and several other attractions in the area. John remembers crossing that bridge when he came out here with his parents as a teenager. They are in the process of rebuilding the park that was there and the bridge.

The campground is nice and we are going to stay here for a couple of nights. We don’t have any cell phone service and no TV. This is when we are glad that we bought the DISH Tailgater. ...

The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey

... we inquired about the next tour of the winery. We were disappointed to learn that tours are only done on the weekends, and then only by appointment. I had looked on the website a day or two earlier, but I had failed to discover that salient fact. We opted for the next best thing, a wine tasting. Leslie and I tasted several wines, purchasing some to take home.

I was aware the Abbey was no longer ...
