... the sun, I think I have sun stroke. I unpack my bag its not 5:00pm in the afternoon nearly dark time, I go for a quick dip in the pool that is near my room. I finish in the pool and stroll back to my room and enjoy a shower. I am done for today and this adventure has nearly come to an end. Tomorrow is home day and I will definitely be back in here in years to come. I order room service for dinner and am sound asleep by 9pm ...

Though the sun was shining in early morning Adelaide it was 3 degrees! A far cry from LA's 30 degrees that the weather website had forecast for today. Arriving early at a not too busy Adelaide Airport all went smoothly, thankfully! After last minute goodbyes, the plane was finally taxiing down the runway. The adventure has begun!

... chilly so we sat inside at the bar. Marie had a cocktail or two and chatted to the bartender (f). I had a jalapeno margarita - hot and sour with a bruised slice of chili in it. Interesting but I don't think I'll order another.
We were back in the room by about 9 and Marie was in bed by 9.10. By the time I had read some facebook and written day 1 of this blog it was 10.30. Not really an early night.
