It was a long trip, but we arrived about 9:30 p.m. Vancouver time (12:30 a.m.Florida time) and caught a taxi to the Marriott Pinnacle hotel near Canada Place (cruise ...

... picked up a stone or something and threw it into the works. When we opened it last night, the sound we heard was the slide chewing up the rock and spitting it back out. No harm, no foul. He sprayed some lubricant on the tracks and sent me on my way. It cost me $140 to find out the slide works perfectly. Oh well, peace of mind.
