... a cooler day (high of 92) and maybe even a shower. That would be amazing to have rain in this area as I am sure you know California has been suffering from a severe drought for several years. Checking in proved to be more tricky.
Sweet Drew with the delicious dimples on reception smiled sweetly and told me that our room was unfortunately not quite ready but he hoped it would be ready by 5pm.

... in the world. We travelled up 8500 feet to where its about 30 degrees cooler, which was reason enough itself to do it. There are four or five supports that hold the whole thing up (thankfully) and the cable car rocks each time it goes over the struts... not for the faint-hearted.
