Here we enjoyed the town which had wooden sidewalks and swing door saloons like on a film set. There was a re-enacted shootout each evening and stage coach trips, pulled by mules, took you for a short trip around the town. A novel way to see the sights but it was only a small town and hop on/off transport hardly appropriate.

Day 39 of this incredible journey and we find ourselves in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming, home of the world’s largest elk herd and the spectacular Teton Mountains. Wow! What a great place to end this road trip in the great state of Wyoming(The Cowboy state), where real men live and it’s no place for whiners or weenies.
