    ... and the setting was green grass lit up by fire red sky, beautiful. By the end most people had gone to bed by 8pm the few of us chilled by the fire then watched an hour of the hangover movie, getting us in the mood for Los Vegas to come.     Travel Day



    Leaving Vicksburg we headed west on I-20 across Louisiana
    to Shreveport, and from there we headed north on US 71 into Arkansas and our
    destination of Mena Arkansas. We arrived
    at our good friends, Sue and Al, home late in the afternoon. After an enjoyable dinner at a local restaurant
    we spent the evening catching up on what has happened since we last saw them.
