    put on our rain parkas and walked back to the interpretive center. We also saw their prairie dog town out front, and their indoor prairie dog town with burrowing owls inside the interpretive center. Cute owls!     We had breakfast along the main beach but ate in the car as it was too windy outside to have our cereal.
