At this point it was 2pm and we left the park and went off to do a quick shopping stop at Bed Bath and Beyond. Lucy wanted some more bedroom and bathroom stuff. We are still trying to find some good duvet sets. Not having a lot of luck. Americans prefer comforters (light permanently covered quilts) which they partner with a top and bottom sheet. Wyndham and Walmart

... that mixture onto the salmon.

Our grilled salmon, with its fancy and fresh herb butter, along with steamed broccoli and brown rice made for a delicious dinner.
After dinner we diced a little tomato and cucumber, washed some lettuce, bagged up a bunch of carrots, spooned hummus into a ziplock bag (messy!), basically got all of our lunch ready for tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
But now it's late and time for bed...

... and Holland. It was a beautiful stop. We did some shopping and then hit the beach. The beach was stunning yet again- beautiful, clean sand and clear blue water. We spent quite a bit of time swimming, building sand castles and relaxing. This was all on the Dutch side. ... to The Boardwalk at or around 10:15. We stored our bags and walked over to EPCOT to grab a quick lunch. ... ride anything because he was scared and continued to throw fits throughout the day....At the end of the day Alyssa decided she was scared of boats and since the monarail wasnt running we had to take the boat across back to the parking lot....she refused and started crying her eyes out so her and I had to take the resort bus back to the yeah it was an eventful day...Im hoping tomorrow is better
