... day at Disneyland and California Adventure parks. We definitely made the most of the time. By the time we left the parks around 7:30 pm, we'd ridden 21 rides! Not individual rides mind you, some several times over, starting with Andrew's traditional first; Pirates of the Caribbean and finishing with Star Tours. We are currently at the airport waiting for our flight home. We had a really nice day, it was our first day of drizzly weather. It was also "seniors night" which means it was ...

We shop in Downtown Disney where the girls try on some ears.
We also saw fireworks from our suite.

... wheel in Paradise Bay. Guests can choose to ride in either fixed or swinging gondolas. Being the more adventurous type, we chose the swinging gonodolas. These are positioned on a frame set into the ferris wheel and slide and swing backwards and forwards at alarming angles when the wheel rotates. I'm not a huge fan of free-falling or swinging wildly in a cage 40 metres up in the air, but Cilla loved it. There were no seatbelts and you had to brace yourself against ...
