I stayed at the Ohio House Motel twice in July/August 2013 following a recommendation by a friend. I was a bit apprehensive as to what to expect from a motel but I was very impressed with what was provided. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy and the location is fantastic. The Magnificent Mile is only about 6 blocks away, there are plenty of eating establishments near and is close to the L. On top of all of this there is free parking (not guaranteed though) and free wifi. All in all would I recommend this? Yes. Would I stay again? Definitely

Then we split, the Lowry's off to American Girl (to ship off one doll for eye surgery) and to buy some more paraphenelia, then to the Field museum. It was this that caused the bloke there to ask where I was from... I don't think I'm being a great ambassador for England.
