... Western Watergate Inn, it's only ten minutes out from downtown Wilmington so we are there in no time at all. Room 408 has our name on it, Chris bless him has delivered the cases to the hotel during our lunch break so as soon as we get our key the cases are there. ... maybe half of it original, and half of it covers. There was some rap, some twang, some 1930s industrial workers songs, even a young guy with a sweet voice doing a couple of Sinatra songs!
Oh, and there was one older woman with a sweet voice and lovely guitar pick who had the guts to get up in front of these young kids and sing “Landslide” and “Suzanne”. I think her name was Pat something or other, all the way from a small town ...

Anchoring in the dark with a relatively inexperienced crew didn't sound too enjoyable so I elected to pay for a slip here.
