... Visited the courthouse - it was rebuilt in 1929 to the same standard as the one that burnt down in the 1925 earthquake. An amazing building with a very Spanish influence - lots of tiling (exactly as we had seen in Portugal). We walked to the top of the tower for amazing views over the city.

... the process of changing the menu and were out of all their seafood items…ugghhh. So we walked around until we found a taco place which seemed promising, but was also subpar, however we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up some sun, and thankfully there was a yogurt shop nearby! We, as usual, got more yogurt than we needed, and the dogs got a doggy yogurt treat! So we had what we call yogurt belly bloat.

... car was parked conveniently close to our room and I had found a good spot to park in Foam Street which was close to our trip today. After checking out of the hotel, we loaded up the sat nav for the directions to the car park and moved on. We were going to spend the morning at Monterey Bay Aquarium, one of the largest and deepest in the world. We stopped on our way at a bakery and got some pastries for breakfast. ... a week, tasting myself through all wineries on a quest to find my favorite wine(yard). But unfortunately the Hostel is booked out for weeks in advance (and not only the Hostel) and I got a flight to catch... But I spent 2 happy days in San Luis Obispo, an area definitely worth visiting.

Hi everyone.
It has been a while, I guess being back on land living in a house we got sort of caught up in the domestic and social life of Shell Beach. We have been working on the house and spending time with our friends in California and just could not find the time to write.
