... Visited the courthouse - it was rebuilt in 1929 to the same standard as the one that burnt down in the 1925 earthquake. An amazing building with a very Spanish influence - lots of tiling (exactly as we had seen in Portugal). We walked to the top of the tower for amazing views over the city.

In the morning we headed out on a whale watching boat, sadly we missed any whales but we were led out of the bay into the ocean by two dolphins who were swimming along side our boat. We also saw schools of seals and otters, Pelicans and seabirds.
