          ... Continued on and had a stop at Ayr before arriving at Bowen Caravan Park. Set up and went for a walk around the park. Very windy. Tonight we had dinner at the North Queensland Cruising Yacht Club. What a wonderful restaurant with a view of the water. Food was amazing as was the service. Very enjoyable ...

          ... some fresh rolls for lunch.

          After lunch and getting some clothes washing done we went off to explore more of Bowen – home of Australia’s Big Mango!! We also visited the coastal spots of Grays, Horseshoe and Rose Bays. We were staggered at the state of the Rose Bay Caravan Park which appeared to have been taken over by backpackers – it was a real mess!!

          ... his second hospital visit was only a precautionary overnight stay as he collapsed during one of his physio sessions. But all was good, turned out that the heavy duty drugs he was taking for post-knee operation, for a man that does not take any drugs at all, messed with his readings.           ... other times when mustering is happening on the surrounding Station they basically would not close. Also each year on the Queens Birthday long weekend they have a Rodeo next door with up to 6000 people. We did a round trip of 260 kms for lunch and had a good day. Sunday went to Market again and had Waffles, Maple Syrup and Ice Cream with Iced Coffees for Fathers Day breakfast which was nice.           ... minutes. We swam around the face of the southern side of the bay seeing an amazing variety of corals from lime green to mauve in colour, of various shapes and sizes. The same was to been seen with the variety of fish many of which we had never come across before, so we'll have to look them up in Sean's books when we get home.
