      ... centre.....not a mango in sight. We had built the kids up to expect Mango Ice Cream and all kinds of goodies. Not to be. So we cleared them out of travel brochures and were on our way. Great Local market Sunday morning. Best one I've seen so far. Plenty of local produce, jams, chutneys, clothing etc. Girls spent up big on dresses etc. Not much to Bowen, but we enjoyed our couple of days ...

      No blogging for a couple of days, can't seem to catch up on stuff at the moment ! We travelled on Sunday from Airlie Beach. Again, hadn't made it very far up the road before we stopped 1km north of Proserpine at the Whitesunday Coffee Plantation. Asked about a plantation tour, but they didn't have any available until the next day so we had to settle for coffee and cake instead.

      ... which reads, 'HOOF AND HORN PRODUCE SADDLERY' and on closer inspection I notice that the sign is interspersed with several diminutive black images of other farm animals, a dog, cats, a cow.
