... too fast, took a spill, and scraped up my knee pretty badly. Was happy to have been wearing a helmet.

I celebrated my one year retirement anniversary on March 3. It has gone by so fast, and I don't even feel old yet. Actually, since retirement, I have feel younger.

Apart from our annual trip to New York (see separate entry) our only 'activity' was to drive down to Southern Florida on two occasions.

The Sebastian Beach Inn, just along the beach from the house I was staying in, was the most regular haunt. A bar that stands out for me for a few reasons, it was where I had Buffalo Shrimp for the first time, it had a picture carved behind the bar of what I assume was a tribesman but who had a penis for a nose, it was where my godfather ...

Well , we docked around 5:30am this morning back in Port Canaveral - the cruise was now over.

We had to go through immigration at 6:15 - finished that in 15 minutes so we went and had breakfast as we were not disembarking until around 8:30am. Leaving the ship and going through customs was a breeze - just had to get the bags and walk through a line - we managed to get the ...
