We arrived at Southport Yacht Club for four nights to do some general maintenance and catch up with friends. We did have a look over a Riviera 47 for sale but didn't yet feel tempted to move on from our reliable and comfortable home on the water.

One afternoon we went out on Paul's boat with some photographers and followed a brand new 60 foot boat around the Gold Coast waterways as they took publicity shots. If only we had ...

Eagerly hurrying down to Circular Quay, we stood in awe of the majestic architecture only before seen on film; Sydney Opera House and the ...

Day 102

Got up and checked out of the Camp-site but left our bags as we had a few hours to kill before our next bus journey. We walked along the board walk at the rear of the site and had went along the river. We had a sit down near on the beach then got some food before we set off for the bus stop. It didn't take us that long to get to Coffs Harbour and fortunately, we managed to get a bus transfer to the hostel from the YHA Driver as it would have been a ...

Sydney

A travel blog entry by laracamille on Jan 20, 2014

Had the longest most uncomfortable night bus, but at least it was on time, even when I got to Sydney the tram was there, was perfect!! As soon as I got to Maree's I put some washing on and had some sleep, I decided to get up eventually even though I was really tired! I walked to the shop, got some banana milkshake powder, milk and ingredients for ...
