... quite interesting. They have about 200 waiters working in the dining room and another 200 chefs working in the kitchen. They have a separate kitchen for each deck of the dining room (it is three decks high). Everything is made onboard including the breads and pastries. They have to feed about 4000 people every evening. After the tour, they provided a brunch in the Portofino restaurant. The brunch was very yummy and included items such as lamb, steak, ...

I started our grocery provisioning at the whole foods store, I just love this store the best place to find corn free items...I'm like a kid in a candy shop there!
We decided on a local pub for dinner the service was horrible, wine ugh, food had corn, but the atmosphere was very good, lots of TV's around and lively music so that was nice. Tomorrow night I'm cooking on board.
... and settled in for a very restful evening. We had an early start in the morning, and we were determined to drive through Alligator Alley on our way to our next stop. Disappointingly there wasn't a single alligator sighting the entire trip. I was more than a little disappointed.
P.S. I think Lola was most spoiled on this particular stop, Chuck and Mary were so sweet to accommodate our little pup.
