... alex departed in the evening on an 11 hour night train to Sydney... Back to hostel life and the expensive Australian life will probably now start to kick in for us! Melbourne is a really nice city, set up in blocks similar to USA. Shopping heaven, cafe, bars and restaurants everywhere and generally a very good place.
