... in line anxiously to check in! All checked in ready to go! We said our goodbyes to our parents as we are now parent free for the next 5 weeks! Security was a breeze, and the next step was food! ... the enemy! I quickly retreated to a safe watching distance to regroup from my mistake. This put me in a dilemma. I decide to try again the next day to confront him, hopefully with a better outcome.

The show ended at 6 and Jordan and I went to our accommodations for the next two nights, Circus Circus. Everytime I mentioned that we were going to be staying at Circus Circus, people laughed, when we got there I could see why. ...

... we said "oh, you know what we need in the car in case of emergency boredom? A frisbee of course!" So we perused around Dick's for a while the bought a frisbee. And, wouldn't you know it there was a Party City, right next door, and how can you not go into a place called "Party City," it would be a sin to just walk on by.

Eventually we made our way to Best Buy, and you know, once you enter Best Buy, time somehow vanishes ...

... cool even though the room was fully lit. Aaron had already left for a morning of work, but Liz decided to go in late and have breakfast with me. We drove into downtown Carpenteria, and stopped at a cafe called "Crushcakes." They had won "Cupcake Wars" on TV, but I immediately zoned in on their lox and bagels. I love bagels, and their brown-sugar-smoked salmon was on par with the best lox I have ever eaten! It was good that she made some time ...
