Up at 6 today. Pulled over by 8:30 for being in the wrong lane. The cop was also a DOT officer and very chatty...he told us all about the foreclosed house he just bought...he also said Jp does a nice job with his log books. Nope, I did not need to go see Trevor to send my shoes...I am a well conditioned packing prodigy. Back in the day Big Al worked for UPS as a midnight supervisor while going to school at Palmer. Well as we grew up we could not pack anything right and it was not until my recent longer duration trips that I have come to appreciate what he taught us. Marlin called me a couple days into this most recent trip asking me to bring some American Whisky ...

    The Henry Ford Museum

A travel blog entry by wheresgordon on Jul 16, 2012

... part, it looked a lot like the Oldsmobile factory tour I took around 1963.

After the tour I headed for the Henry Ford Museum. The museum is quite large and by the time I returned from the factory tour I only had a bit over three hours left. I knew I couldn't come close to seeing the entire museum unless I hurried through, which I did. The museum has some unusual displays. There's a section with early mechanized ...
