... and of course, shorter duration flight. But, Sebastian stepped up to the plate and slept again for almost the entire thing. Truth be told, as brutal as three legs of a flight itinerary are, it helps to spread it out and offer running around time followed by potential nap time. We landed at DIA and took a deep breath. We made it home.

... expected. We waited for the shuttle to take us to the terminal and that went much quicker than expected. We found Icelandic Air and there was actually not a single person in line sooooo, you guessed it, it went much quicker than expected. That put us at the airport with plenty of time to spare. ... had a mini mass. After church we picked up a couple of things from Whole Foods Market so mum and dad could cook dinner. They made meatballs, they were really nice. ... broad daylight. No cops, no security
personnel.... nobody cares. However, the
Palace of the Governors plaza (built by the Spaniards in 1610) was a neat place
to visit.

Albuquerque is a much nicer city, especially the drive along
the Rio Grand River where huge stands of multi colored trees abound. The whole city is clean and modern
looking. The TV series "Breaking
Bad" was filmed here - a mug shot of Heisenberg (the cook) ...
