    ... had arranged to drive us back to Niagara that evening...
    I am at a loss for words to describe the experience....
    Arms waving as she pointed out things of interest, looking everywhere but ahead... car making it's own way unheeded me quivering in the back seat...

    ... scare one away you dont throw food at it! Its more likely to become your best friend. Anyway we left the racoon still in the middle of the road and made our way to Port Dover. Not much there though so we carried on to Welland. This is almost back to Niagara Falls but not quite, there are a number of wineries around this area so we are going to visit some tomorrow before we make our way to Whitby. No moose here ...

    ... Niagara on the Lake was a good place to visit, but for whatever reason, we had never made it there. Well, what a beautiful little jewel of a village! The flowers have to been seen to be believed. HUGE plantings, baskets, and landscapes everywhere you look. It was truly breathtaking.     ... placing kayakers and international competitors. Alan was part of the NZ winning K4 1000mt Olympics 1984 and also gold in the k1 1000mt. So there's quite good blood in the mix!!

    The racing is now over and the team get together for a happy final photo shoot. Oh, and NZ apparently got more points scored on the board overall than the ozzies!!
