... with only one plan really, Tom Petty plays
at Red Rocks Amphitheater over the next few days and I plan to be there. I
figured the closer I got to Denver but not inside the city the better my odds
at finding a decent ticket price, hence my stop here today. I start firing

Our original departure gate was C-31, but the travel gods knowing Ed and I were traveling and put us where we always end up: the very last gate on the concourse! We were now scheduled out of C-48. Sat next to one of those selfish arrogant men you don't want to sit next to on a plane, had been put in the middle seat (grr) and even though he had the window, he spent the whole flight reading a newspaper totally blocking the ...

... beers on tap and 150 bottles available also. The walls of the pub were lined with over 2,500 different bottles from around the world. I nailed a few of the craft beers they had on tap before pushing off.

The second bar I went to was called The Viewhouse and was located directly across the road from Coors Field. As a result, it was bloody busy. They had a cool rooftop area and also an astro-turf area out the front at ground level where people were ...
