    ... between Canada and the USA. Being on the Canadian side we get a better view of American Falls than the Americans do! A short distance up the gorge and we come to the Horseshoe Falls, the part everyone associates with Niagara Falls.     ... at all the entertainment, stopping at and hopped on Niagara Sky Wheel in the middle of Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, with views of all the falls plus township. Continued down to see the Falls all lit up with coloured lights firstly viewing the American side and then down to Canadian side - as evening getting on it became very misty. Walked back to our Hotel getting back about 12 midnight.

    We then headed up to the Southend on Sea like area of Niagara. This area is filled with amusement arcades, bars, wax works, a ferris wheel and of course Mini Putt golf! We had some dinner and got some free credits for the arcade games and had some good fun. We played a Deal or No Deal game and a basketball game and some others.     I was really glad I had chosen the train journey to upstate New York when travelling to Niagara. I was over airports and flying for a while. It's also nice not to have to take your shoes off, have all your luggage scanned as well as your person, and be asked probing questions by customs officials before boarding your transportation for a change!
