    ... people dont know about unless they drive this far north of the falls. I remember coming here when it first opened about 5 years ago.

    They have guided tours but I remember there isnt really much to see on the higher levels and I'd been to so many amazing Temples already living ...

    ... them back up the hill to the casino where the rather nice lady let us wait inside for the bus to Oakville. An uneventful hour n a half later we arrived at our bus location, shame it was 11km from our hotel (we did know this) and grabbed a cab to our hotel. Lovely hotel with a huge bed, we've had 2 doubles all week so one each, can't believe we have to share tonight!!!!! A shower and a beer later and it's good night from us :-) .     Then we went to what they call the whirlpool. Its where two lots of water came together and they created a whirlpool. There was also a chairlift but we didn’t go on that…besides Geoff would have no hope of getting me up there. It was started many years ago by two Spanish men who charged people $2 each to cross. Yes it was a lot of money but it was a scam as the men were telling people that they would smuggle them out of Canada ...

    The drive after Electric Forest was long. Groggy, sad and probably smelly we had an 8 hour journey ahead of us until we reached Amish country. This journey was elongated by regular toilet/coffee breaks and we finally arrived at a town called Wooster at about 8PM after a red lobster dinner. Deciding that this was the place to rest we went to a best western first and the quality did not match the extortionate price so we continued until we stumbled upon a Roadside inn. What ...

    ... coats....and sometimes even snowpants!! Flipflops, aka thongs, and a brolly are so much faster!!
    The length of time it takes to get outta the house now amazes me, forget it if you have to shovel your way through the snow too.

    Snow does have it's perks: snowmen, snow angels, skating and skiing. Once you adjust to the cold...still don't think I'm there yet!!
