        A place to stay

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of a long trip. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted with an overwhelming of air freshener/cleaner to possibly cover up the smell of smoke or an aging building. However, upon exiting the elevator on the third floor the smell seemed to have dissipated. The beds were quite comfortable (seemed new) and the room was clean. The room was quite warm when we arrived and it took a long time for the AC to kick in and cool the room to a temperature in which we could comfortably sleep. Navigating the hallways of the building was like navigating a labyrinth to some extent. It seemed they wound all around. Breakfast was nice and it surprised us to realize that the sounds of construction we had barely noticed during breakfast was a construction crew trying to clear the entrance canopy which had collapsed overnight. Staff were quick to redirect customers to use other exits but were not very helpful with specific directions. In all, I would stay there again if I were traveling that direction and needed an inexpensive place to stay but the kids were not fans at all (they tend to be a bit picky).

(Side note, Independence Hall is where both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed.) I take some pride in that, as a child, I was allowed to touch the bell. I was way too young to understand ...

I really enjoyed it and I think my family did also. When we got back tot the hotel at about 4. We sat around for a bit then we went to the hotel lobby for dinner which again was another painful ...

The first one we failed to find because the address wasn't there. We spent a good 25 minutes looking around for it. The second two were very close of each other with were easy to find as they are still ...

Today we drove to boston. It was a pretty long drive but i was glad when we got there we could relax. So we got the car from the hire car place and started our trip to boston. The trip was long and boring but i was lucky to get through two movies before my iPad went flat. For lunch we stopped at a servo and we all got some stuff from burger king. It was the same as hungry jacks. I couldn't complete a cheeseburger because it was so big! After lunch we got some snacks ...

Pittsburgh was not really what I expected. A dirty feeling city but had a fantastic river frontage area with plenty of activities to get the locals out on a nice day.

Wow love Ohio. Don't know why you moved to New Zealand Curtis when you had this.
Reminds me so much of New Zealand with beautiful farms and rolling countryside yet in the Hocking Hills region it was like the bush area around Rotorua. Their corn and ...
