... 8217;s not for Tim, nor me either. He spotted this little spot with 3 chairs and a sign for 15RMB ($3). (Tim added)And yes it worked wonderfully. This barbershop was a little different, you pay you 15 RMB into a machine and it gives you a card. When your card comes up they take you in. This place guarantees a cut in less than 10 minutes. This includes vacuuming your head at the end. The answer is yes I’ll be going back, the price is right and the speed is ...

I head to Guangzhou with no real plan. I'm not sure there is much to do in the city as I only know it as a gateway to Hong Kong and ground zero for expats teaching English in China. ... anywhere from one to two weeks. Granted, I always
tinker around and update my coming lessons, but the old days of slaving away to
the last minute are but memories in the rear view mirror.

Actually, this week I may have done the least amount of work
yet. Because I’ve wrapped most of my unit plannings, I spend the day playing
scrabble and looking for articles online to keep my mind busy. If not that,
then I’ll go for a walk, take ...

What a busy Sunday at school - there was the visit to the Chimelong Safari Park that I had visited prior to creating a lesson plan and task sheet, and I was also asked to go to a marketing event in Dagang at an organic farm.

I was initially disappointed not to be going back to the safari park, as I really enjoyed my first visit there, but the farm was also a good day.

Being a marketing event, the focus was on wooing potential client families rather than a real-world ...
