October 28, 2014-Tuesday. We were having a leisurely morning when we realized we needed to be in South Boston (we are N of Boston) in an hour and we were still in our pjs! Rush, Rush! Then had to leave clothes at the laundry, but we were at the Fat Belly Deli just as Christine arrived-great timing. It was noisy but we were able to ...

It is about 25 degrees but does not feel too bad. Phil did wish he had not given his thick winter gloves to Saul, but we survived. First walked to the grocery for a few items, returned them to the room and then headed to China Town, about a mile away. We had a big bowl of soup at our favorite eatery ...

... I fixed our spaghetti leftovers for dinner. Later watched the Red Sox and they are ahead in the game too. And they won game #1 against the Rays!

Oct 5th-Saturday-Up late and hung around on this dark and overcast day. Decided to walk around the lake later and then do shopping, but once outside realized it felt like rain so just shopped. We were out of all the food essentials. Went to bank and a few other errands and home. It is sprinkling ...
