    we left Bob and headed downwards and took a motel in Brinkley.

    glad to get there after ridng in soaking wet feet all day. loked like we had trench foot and very uncomfortabkle indeed.

    Coming off a great wknd in Memphis, today was one for the memory books. We started off the morning quite slow, and I managed to lead us into 3 dead ends, but finally got back on track. We crossed the Arkansas state border while crossing the Mississippi as an entire group. The van lead us in on the highway followed by 31 of us on bikes pedaling approximately 20mph and several semis giving us the honk salute as we pedaled.
