      ... the low 70's. We really enjoyed the day!!
      The campground is very nice and reminds us of our Salt Spring days. Lots of permanent residents, at least for the winter, and many of the spaces on the Menominee River, The river is very nice and we were on the Michigan side, the other side of the river is Wisconsin.

      Iron Mountain is another town with strong mining roots but it appears to be struggling a little, identified by the closed up shops on Main Street.       Wow, what a day. It was suppose to rain all day, but our luck held out. We went to Chuck's great grand parents farm. As a kid he spent his summers there, swimming, fishing and hunting. Then as an adult him and his first wife, Renee and the girls spent 7 years living there. The Farm is in the Upper Peninsula, Michigan between Iron River and Crystal Falls.
