The drive through New Brunswick Acadia was beautiful. If something can be painted with the Blue White Red motive with a star on the blue, it is done. The morning was foggy. I left Fredericton one hour later than planned Two hours and 30 minutes later - the time extended by a few construction detours and road work - I was in Miramichi. So here we are in New Carlisle now, a small coastal town relaxing with Post and planning out tomorrow. If the weather takes a turn for the better we can explore the Gaspe peninsula, but if it doesn't we will have to make a decision about next steps. It looks like the nature of our trip may have to change though as the freak low temperatures are killing our outdoor plans. Canada really has it in for us lately...
