... wonderful sense of humour ( yes, a Swiss- German with a sense of humor) with frequent jokes aimed at Germans (Isabella), Dutch (Gerry), Australians (me) and Chinese ( Catherine & Susan). Susan and Catherine chatted all evening and we all devoured the meal with great enthusiasm and appreciation. When all was done (and me very well done) we parted and drove back to our hotel around mid-night. What a great time. Thanks Erwin and Catherine.
