    ... We were both gad to reach grindlewald but we had the most wonderful breath taking views of the lakes and mountains.     ... then switched my Camera to video mode. While I was waiting for the horses to move, a man walked by that looked like a Gnome! He was hunched over, had a few days growth of beard and his facial features were really distinctive. If he’d been wearing a “Gnome outfit”, he would have fit the image completely!

    ... wonderful sense of humour ( yes, a Swiss- German with a sense of humor) with frequent jokes aimed at Germans (Isabella), Dutch (Gerry), Australians (me) and Chinese ( Catherine & Susan). Susan and Catherine chatted all evening and we all devoured the meal with great enthusiasm and appreciation. When all was done (and me very well done) we parted and drove back to our hotel around mid-night. What a great time. Thanks Erwin and Catherine.
