        ... we only had a three block walk to our next bus and a short wait before we finally got home.

        A strange dinner (we weren't that hungry) of toast and vegemite, crisps, and for Jonathan red wine, and for Robyn, Gin and tonic.

        Then we hit the computer and made plans again - we've found a three day camping trip to Grand Canyon and a heap of other desert attractions, so we'll have a go changing our accommodation (or at least Robyn will) tomorrow.

        ... the idea of going to the baseball, so perhaps the Dodgers Stadium? Or perhaps Sunset Boulevard? After some tooing and froing, we were dropped off by a lovely lake - Echo Lake and park.

        And after more tooing and froing, Robyn discovered that her phone wasn't working with data because she hadn't bought more data for more than a week, so her short term contract had run out. Once that was fixed, we had internet, we had navigation and we were on our way.

        ... canyons of Utah with many cliffs and alcoves. The awesome thing was that I did find a nice large alcove-cave to camp for the night. Right as I found it, the rain began to come down heavily. Perfect timing. With the heavy rains, waterfalls formed as water began pouring down the cliffs and now even the stream is flowing in this canyon. Tomorrow I will walk the 2.5 miles to Agua Dulce for ...
