... awesome. Some of the other rides were fun too, including swings etc, Then we had lunch and kept walking. Went on the massive wooden roller coaster. Scary as ****. Brutal as well. Then it broke down and we had to get escorted off. Not great. Headed back around and did a few rides again then headed off. Back to the hotel for a rest then out for ...

We got up extra early today to make our way to the Warner brothers vip tour at 8.30am. We also knew there was a 5k run on hollywood boulevard that morning which might make our way there difficult! (We tend to be thwarted by runs/marathons quite often now!) ... then it was time to think about food all over again. Decided to have a semi-posh dinner for our last full day in the US. Well semi-posh because it still had to have a burger, hot dog, pizza or lasagne for fizz face?! Went to redwood grille - Jase had roast chicken, I had grilled vegies with goats cheese & balsamic & Jordan had his four hundredth burger. Great night - hard to believe the holiday is nearly over, but on the other hand feels like we've been away ...

... get fat here, can't believe how many fast food places we've crossed next to the roads. About five times more fast food places than petrol stations. Arriving at my destination it felt really good and felt instantly at home. Cameron from podshare (the place I'm staying at) was lovely. I payed the rest of the fee and when I was fighting with the money a bit he had a good laugh as he wasn't used to the money. I guessed he was from Australia, which was totally true. ...
