... the green beans still crunchy (I think that's called "al dente" - Dan asked if that meant "******* the teeth"!); the baked potato was just right.
Now we have our cookies (they had them in the lobby of the hotel when we checked in) and our tea and are ready for our evening dessert.
Tomorrow, we will arrive in Ellensburg and stay at my dad's house. He's promised us a barbecued steak supper. Yumm! My dad's steaks are great!

... that the fuse servicing that bulb was burned out. He used my fuse puller and one of my fuses, so the price turned out to be right.
This put us about an hour late on departure, but we had planned on only driving to the St. Regis area and then north to Cascade Creek Forest Service Campground. It felt good to be back in the RV Saddle again. The miles seemed to melt away as we got used to Shorty's traits.

... am trying to decide if they are retired or teachers on sabbatical. Gary thinks they are retired. Goes to show I can't tell how old anyone else is either! All I know is that I don't think I'm that old yet! haha!

... The campground is overlooking either a lake or reservoir, gotta find out which, and it is a a great spot. We arrived on a Saturday so there is quite a bit of water activity going on, makes sitting and watching the view more interesting. There are a lot of young people here boating and having fun. Tomorrow we will go venture out and see what is happening in this area. We did notice that across the lake it seems very bare of any plant ...
