... deutsches Kind hat das gesehen und fing gleich bei seinen Eltern an zu betteln. Wir sind damit wieder durch die Edelgalerien, am Stier ohne Klöten vorbei (wer sich auf der Stelle mit der Ferse dreht, bekommt angeblich viel Glück – ich füll mein Glücksreservoir ja lieber mit chinesischem Klimbim auf) und direkt ins Edelkaufhaus, das einem so wunderbar viel Schnickschnack bietet. Etwas aufwärmen und rumspielen später sind wir wieder aus den Massen raus und haben den Dom ...
First Stop
... that I’ve been working on for over a week now. It has stuck on me like chewed up gum on a 7 year old’s hair. Once I land, I will download the last of my necessary documents and will be free to sally forth on vacation without a worry (at least for a few days!).
I do think I will have earned a nice glass of red wine with dinner over the Atlantic.

...But Where'd the Turkey Go??
... thing I wasn't able to finish, though it was very good. I made sure to eat all of the ice cream since I haven't had "ice cream" since leaving the states, though I do get my fair share of gelato!
We left our three and a half hour Thanksgiving dinner feeling very full, very content and very thankful that we were able to have some semblance of Thanksgiving in Italy. It was a great time to just laugh, relax and forget that finals are looming in our near future.
