... crashed! I woke up today, Friday, at 7 because my host dad was taking me to the Milan EXPO. Now since no one knows what the heck that is... I will explain. Every country has their own pavilion where they create a building to go with the topic. The topic this year was Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life. We chilled for about 30 minutes just chatting and watching a parade of people ...

It was a relatively stress less journey as we stuck to the highways. Although Chris did not like it when there were road works and the lanes got very narrow. We arrived in Milan and navigated to our camping ground, although one of the streets we were directed down by the GPS was a dead end due to road works ...

... found our hostel. On the subway was a totally different story. This woman got on, a couple of stops in, with a microphone and a speaker and starts serenading the carriage! After a verse and a chorus she puts the microphone down and then Holds out a cup for people to put change in - which no-one did --- we didn't ask to be serenaded and we were here before her. We had no choice but to listen. Anyway, after this crazy lady, we got off the tube and found the hostel. ...
