Feliz Navidad!
What a wonderful Christmas Day! We started out at Anna Bananas for live music and brunch. Brunch was HUGE - fresh fruit, waffles, sausage, ham, Mexican eggs, hash browns and a roll. Ohy was I full!
And you can't beat the music here. It started with Bill playing classical guitar, followed by Zoe and Al, followed by Willie and Billy. Then they all played again. Four wonderful hours of great music and friends floating in and out of Anna's.

Hotter than heck!
... 12+ hours later is still hot, but luckily no longer swollen.
Two of mom's other friends stopped by for a visit and we sat by the pool and had margaritas. Mom forgot to turn on the oven to heat up dinner, so we had a second margarita and danced before eating. Dinner was wonderful!
We then went over to Philo's to listen to music, play pool, dance some more, and drink more tequila! Ohyy. At 7am I am still a little tipsy. Welcome to ...

... sleep? We were ready for coffee but couldn't get out of the bedroom! Mom's friends convinced her to put bars (they are very nice really) on all her interior doors and windows in addition to those on the outside. We unlocked the bedroom door but couldn't get it open.
