Went skiing with the Reidy's and their cousins. Jay Peak is definitely a must on a skiers list. Some sweet glade skiing for novices. Packed powder. 25 degrees. Barely a breeze. ... is much more tolerable. Poutine is French fries with cheddar cheese curds, ( like chunks of mild cheddar) and gravy. The gravy in quebec is very light. That made more edible for me. Then we took off for Knowlton, Lac Brome which is where Louise Penny lives. We have stayed the last two nights at the Auberge Du Lac Brome.
